Incentive Programs meet juvenile conduct with rewards to reinforce and modify behaviors by providing financial assistance, compensation, or reduction for fees related to participation in a juvenile system level program, such as diversion and/or financial assistance for involvement in prosocial or community engagement activities. (e.g. free sport event tickets for perfect attendance).  Incentive programs can also be independent of the formal juvenile level programs and help provide scholarships or cover program fees for youth to be involved in activities, groups, clubs, and sports within their community in an effort to promote positive behaviors and provide youth with pro-social activities.
